DELIVERY
All online orders are dispatched from Matakana Smokehouse on Thursday for Friday delivery*. To guarantee your order and delivery within the same week, please place your online order by 5pm Tuesday. Any orders after this cut off aren't guaranteed for the same week, but we will do our best to get your Smoked goods to you.

We currently deliver to the North Island only and we can send same day to Auckland, otherwise all orders sent for an overnight delivery, packed with icepacks to ensure your order stays cold on its way to you.

Our shipping cost for North Island delivery is a flat rate of $10 per order to cover express freight and packaging.​

*We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to rural areas. Please make sure to check your rural run times before ordering or arrange delivery to a non-rural area.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you live in the Matakana/Warkworth area, or are able to collect from the Smokehouse, Friday is collection day and we can ensure contactless collection. Otherwise you can email or call to arrange an alternative day that suits.
